Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept cheques from the UK for all orders.
We use Sage Pay to collect/process transaction information and provide a link to our security policy at http://www.sagepay.com/security_policy and PayPal, part of the Ebay company. Information regarding PayPal can be found at www.paypal.com

Delivery Schedule

Needleworld own design kits:

These are made to order and we will have them in the post within seven working days
|
|
Photo-to-cross stitch designs:
|
These are all made to order.
Once we have received payment and photo/picture we will produce some draft designs which we will e-mail or post within ten working days.
When the design has been chosen and we are notified of that choice:
CHART ONLY will be in the post within seven working days
FULL KITS will be in the post within ten working days.

Back Orders and Cancellations

All our kits and photokits are made to order. If there is a long delay for any reason you will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Needleworld is not VAT registered and VAT is not charged on our products.

Returns Policy
|

Needleworld uses good quality materials to make their kits and photokits to order and therefore under "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" Needleworld follows Regulation 9 "unless the parties agree otherwise, he/she will not be able to cancel the contract under regulation 10 once the performance of the services has begun with his/her agreement".

We guarantee that we will use quality materials for all our kits. Should you find that there is a fault in the materials please inform us immediately and a replacement of that part or refund will be arranged.
